YOUTH YOGA

Children will develop and maintain flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance in their physical bodies while reducing stress and gaining a more positive outlook on life in these fun activity based yoga classes!  We engage students in cognitive/problem solving activities and movement games that encourage participation in a noncompetitive environment. Our Instructor, Susan Huff has a PHD in Special Education Administration from Virginia Tech with 25+ years experience in education and administration in our community & is a 500+ E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) in Vinyasa, Svaroopa & Stress Management. Susan brings unparalleled experience to her approach to guiding your children through mind/body practices in a practical, fun & engaging atmosphere.
