Stephen Goodson studied Taiji, Bagua, and Xing Yi with Robert W. Smith (martial arts author & student of Cheng Man-ch'ing) from 1981. Stephen holds a degree in Chinese, and is a former board member of the National Capital Area Skeptics. Adding to his knowledge of physiology and anatomy; Stephen has been certified as an EMT, and as a hypnotist, and studied acupuncture at the Maryland School of Acupuncture.
Stephen will be joining us for a day of "Sensing Hands" (Push Hands) training basics as well as intermediate and advanced concepts of the 'Using 4 ounces to repel 1,000 pounds' technique.
This Seminar is for All LEVELS of proficiency in Tai Chi Chuan, including first timers.
