Youth Dynamic Skills and Coordination Development
Our Coaches and Certified Personal Trainers will cross Train your youth in the most up to date Sports Medicine Based modalities to prepare them for success in the upcoming season. From Strength training, plyometrics and speed conditioning, cardiovascular efficiency, to martial arts toughness, flexibility and coordination, Golden Harmony Youth Athletic Training develops the young athlete to be their best!
This 55 minute moderate to high intensity workout geared to help young aspiring athletes to get ahead of the curve and develop basic coordination and movement skills. Balance, rhythm, spatial orientation and the ability to react to both auditory and visual keys are essential elements of coordination and a must for future success in all athletes and they are an integral aspect of this program.
Group training for youths ages 8-16
6 Weeks Progressive Training Program (Pre register to confirm placement)
$120/ per child for 12 sessions (6 weeks) or $75/ per child for 6 sessions (6 weeks)
